前作《WORLD RECORD》發行後，東日本大地震隨之發生，〈大停電の夜に〉這首歌在無意間成為象徵震災後城市氛圍的歌曲。

經過 1 年 9 個月，cero 推出了全新專輯，從一首擁有美麗無伴奏和聲的 〈水平線のバラード〉 拉開序幕。這張專輯反映出樂團在積極的現場演出中鍛鍊出的身體性（physicality），強調節奏感的樂曲比比皆是，例如帶有進行曲風格的 〈マウンテン・マウンテン〉、充滿 Afro-funk 氛圍的 〈マイ・ロスト・シティー〉 等。

專輯展現了一種力量感——即便在失去許多、犧牲許多之後，人們仍帶著**「失落之城」的記憶**，頑強地繼續生活。而他們不斷重複吶喊：「不要停止跳舞！」（ダンスを止めるな）」
